Saniya works on Skift's proprietary data products that track global travel behavior and industry health. As a lead analyst for the Skift Travel Health Index, she monitors global performance and sector-specific trends, analyzing vast datasets into strategic insights. Her work is central to Skift’s market sizing and destination intelligence, providing the industry with a data-backed view of how travel is evolving globally.

Prior to joining Skift in 2022, Saniya spent over four years in hotel operations and hospitality consulting. She previously served as a consultant at HVS, where she specialized in hotel valuations and feasibility studies, and gained foundational operational experience with Hilton. Saniya holds a Master of Science in Global Hospitality Business from École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL).
